1. About the Services

INTASGO provides web-based productivity tools, including a free invoice generator and other utilities currently in development. The Services are offered on an ad-supported free tier and an optional paid ad-free subscription that removes advertising and unlocks premium usage limits. We may update, enhance, or discontinue any feature at any time.

2. Eligibility and Access

No traditional account or password is required to use the free tier. We rely on browser local storage and session tokens to personalize your experience and remember preferences. To access ad-free features, you must provide accurate contact information and complete payment through our supported processors. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws where you reside.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide accurate information when prompted (including business, customer, and payment details) and keep submitted information current.
• You are solely responsible for the content you generate, including invoices, customer data, payment records, QR codes, or any files you upload.
• Do not upload or transmit malware, spam, or illegal content; do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.
• Do not use the Services to violate any contract, intellectual property, or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for suspected violations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and branding, belong to INTASGO or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

You retain all rights to the content you create using INTASGO tools. By submitting or generating content through the Services you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

5. Ad-Free Subscription and Payments

The optional ad-free subscription removes advertisements, enables additional features, and may include higher usage limits. Pricing is listed within the product experience (currently 55 BDT / USD $0.49 per month) and may change with notice. Payments are processed through supported gateways such as bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay, or ReddotPay. By submitting a payment you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the indicated amount.

Subscriptions begin once payment is approved and remain active until they expire or are canceled. Because INTASGO is delivered instantly, all purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. We may suspend or cancel access if payment is reversed or if we detect abuse.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third parties (for example, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising networks, and security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile). Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third parties.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTASGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, NOR THAT OUTPUTS (SUCH AS INVOICES OR CALCULATIONS) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTASGO, ITS FOUNDERS, AND ITS PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INTASGO FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $20.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INTASGO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at intasgo.com/terms and, when appropriate, communicated through the Services or by email. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
