Welcome to INTASGO (“we,” “our,” “us”). We build digital tools that help solo founders and small businesses work faster. Protecting your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store and share it, and the choices you have. By using INTASGO products or visiting intasgo.com, you agree to these practices.
Information We Collect
- Details you share with us – When you fill out our onboarding form we ask for your name, email address, and country to personalize your workspace. If you purchase ad-free access or other paid services, we collect contact details, payment method, related account or transaction IDs, and any supporting notes or files you submit.
- Data generated while you use our tools – The invoice generator and related tools store the business information, customer details, line items, currency, payment status, uploaded logos, signatures, and other content you provide. We also generate restore keys, ad-free session tokens, and download counters tied to your account.
- Support and communications – When you contact us through chat or email, we retain the conversation, attachments, and related metadata so we can respond and maintain support history.
- Device and usage data – We automatically log IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, referring pages, pages viewed, time on site, download events, and ad-free heartbeat signals. Cloudflare Turnstile and other anti-abuse services may collect additional diagnostic data.
- Cookies and local storage – We store personalization values (for example your remembered name, email, country), ad-free tokens, restore keys, and usage preferences in your browser so tools remember you.
How We Use Your Information
- Deliver, personalize, and improve INTASGO tools, including remembering defaults, keeping sessions in sync, and generating invoices.
- Process payments, verify transactions, issue restore keys, and manage subscriptions or ad-free access.
- Provide customer support and respond to your messages.
- Monitor usage to develop features, fix bugs, and understand performance.
- Protect the platform from abuse and fraud, including rate limiting, CAPTCHA challenges, and download limits.
- Send service announcements or marketing updates when you opt in (you can opt out anytime).
We do not sell personal information.
How We Share Information
- With trusted service providers that help run INTASGO: payment processors (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay, ReddotPay), hosting/infrastructure partners, analytics services, customer support platforms, and security providers such as Cloudflare.
- With advertising or monetization partners when you use the ad-supported version (e.g., ad networks displaying offers).
- When required to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests.
- During corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to safeguards.
- Only with your direction or consent for other purposes.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal/accounting duties, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Payment and invoicing records follow statutory retention periods. Browser storage remains on your device until you clear it. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable timeframe.
Your Choices and Rights
- Access, update, or delete – Email sup.intasgo@gmail.com to review or remove your information (subject to identity verification and legal exceptions).
- Withdraw consent – You can disable ad-free sessions or clear saved details; some features may stop working if you do.
- Marketing preferences – Opt out via the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us.
- Cookies/local storage – Manage them in your browser settings; removing them may disable personalization or ad-free access.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use functional storage to remember you, keep ad-free mode active, and track invoice/download preferences. Analytics cookies measure engagement, and security cookies help prevent fraud. You can disable cookies or local storage, but the site may lose key functionality.
Security
We protect your information with HTTPS, encryption of sensitive data, restricted access, session management, rate limiting, and monitoring. Restore keys are generated using cryptographically strong randomness, and admin areas require authenticated sessions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so contact us immediately if you notice suspicious activity.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. We rely on contractual and technical safeguards to protect your information wherever it is processed.
Children
INTASGO is built for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When significant changes are made we will post the new version at intasgo.com/privacy and, when appropriate, notify you by email or in-app. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of INTASGO after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
